Our Mission for Kingdom Moms WIN is to provide support, inspiration, resources, and events that not only meet the needs of women as Kingdom Moms, but strengthen the whole woman.
We are women who understand the assignment and responsibility of raising chosen children, and we are here to connect with other Kingdom Moms. Our children are called to not only reach but IMPACT this generation.

WISDOM is gained from our knowledge, experience, understanding and ability to apply the most efficient strategies that position us for success. As Kingdom Moms, we have been given limitless wisdom through the Holy Spirit that lives in us. This allows us to walk gracefully in our assignment in raising chosen children.

As a Kingdom Mom, INFLUENCE is established through consistency, command and creativity. Consistency demonstrates to our chosen children discipline, while fostering a trusting relationship. Command allows Kingdom Moms to skillfully and gracefully shift an atmosphere. Our presence builds a foundation that unites and grows the confidence of our chosen children. Creativity is displayed through identifying tailored strategies according to the personality, character, and learning styles of our chosen children. It is our Influence that will catapult our chosen children into their divine purpose.

NURTURE is the nature of Kingdom Moms. From our essence flow support, provision, encouragement, and development. It is our hearts’ desire to carefully attend to the individual needs of our chosen children. Fully understanding our assignment, we are raising our chosen children to be well equipped to flourish in their mountains of influence.
Our Founder
Shalena is the wife of Pastor Lewis Dudley II and the proud mom of three amazing children: Amira, Lewis III and Adonai. She is a graduate of Norfolk State University, where she earned her Bachelors of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, with a minor in English Education. She later earned her Masters degree in Marriage and Family Counseling, from Liberty University. Shalena has worked in the field of Education for over 17 years and has spent much of her life serving in ministry.

After counseling mothers from all walks of life and helping women implement effective strategies for parenting, God called Shalena to birth out her ministry, Kingdom Moms WIN.
​
Through this movement, women have been supported, encouraged and propelled into their purpose.
She believes in not only inspiring and affirming women as Kingdom Moms, but strengthening the whole woman.
